इतना आसान नहीं था Americi सेना में जगह बनाना ।  F-22 Raptor का जन्म शीत युद्ध के समय में हुआ था.।  इसे एडवांस्ड Techtical फाइटर (A.T.F) के नाम से बुलाया जाता है। 1980 के दशक के शुरुआती दिनों यह सेना के लिए काफी खास.माना जाता था  ये बड़ी अजीब बात है कि America F-35 लाइटनिंग जैसा High Technology से लैस  कई विमान अपने कई मित्र देशों को बेचने के लिए तैयार था लेकिन उससे पुराना विमान F-22 Raptor America किसी भी देश को  नहीं बेचना चाहता था ।
हाज F-15 ईगल और F-16 फैल्कन ज्यादा काम के नहीं रह गए थे इसलिए इस फाइटर जेट का निर्माण किया गया था. ऐसा भी मानना है कि रूस के मिग-29 और सू-27 लड़ाकू जहाजों के लिए यह F-22 एक मुंह  तोड़ जवाब था.
F22 Raptor America के बेहतरीन लड़ाकू विमानों में से एक है। तकनीकी दृष्टिकोण से F-22 Raptor एक बहुत उन्नत विमान है। America का मित्र देश जापान अपने क्षेत्र में चुनौतियों को देखते हुए F-22 Raptor की मांग लगभग 1 दशक से कर रहा है

   

      F22 Raptor American Fighter Jet
It was not so easy to enter the Americi Army.  The F-22 Raptor was born in the time of the Cold War.  This is called the Advanced Techtical Fighter (A.T.F).  In the early 1980s it was considered very special for the army. It is strange that many aircraft equipped with high technology like America F-35 Lightning was ready to sell to many of its friendly countries but older aircraft F-  22 Raptor America did not want to sell any country. Haj F-15 Eagle and F-16 Falcon were no longer of use, so this fighter jet was built.  It is also believed that for Russia's MiG-29 and Su-27 fighter ships, this F-22 was a mouth-breaking answer.
The F22 Raptor is one of America's finest fighters.  From a technical point of view the F-22 Raptor is a very advanced aircraft.  America's friendly country, Japan, has been demanding the F-22 Raptor for almost a decade, given the challenges in its field.

F-22 Raptor जेट को बनाने वाली टीम-
इसे बनाने की बात करे तो एक टीम के पास था YF-22 और दूसरी के पास था YF-23. दोनों चार साल तक अपने-अपने जेट पर काम करती रही. उन्होंने हर तरह से जेट को एक दूसरे से बेहतर बनाना चाहा. YF-22 की टीम  शुरुआत से ही एक तेज और आक्रामक जेट बनाने की तैयारी में लगी थी  लंबे समय के बाद 1991 में जब दोनों जेट्स के बीच में मुकाबला किया गया तो YF-22 उस मुकाबले को जीत गया था
YF-23 YF-22 के मुकाबले काफी तेज भी था, लेकिन इसके बावजूद वह नहीं जीत सका कहते हैं उसके हारने को वज़ह इसकी तेज Speed माना जाता है।
क्यों कि F-23 बहुत ज्यादा तेज उड़ता था, लेकिन उसके कारण उसे संभालना भी काफी मुश्किल हो जाता था. वहीं दूसरी ओर YF-22 थोड़ा धीमा तो था पर उसे चलाने में रिस्क भी कम था.
दोनों ही जेट्स में खतरनाक हथियार लगाए गए थे. इसमें सबसे ज्यादा घातक थी AIM-9 और AIM-120 मिसाइलें.
परीक्षण के दौरान जितनी भी चीजें सामने आईं उन्हें ध्यान में रख के F-22 में बदलाव किए गए. इस तरह यह और भी बेहतर बनता गया कहते हैं कि YF-22 ने सफलतापूर्वक इन मिसाइलों को दागा, लेकिन YF-23 ऐसा नहीं कर पाया था यह भी एक कारण था इसके हारने का

Team to build F-22 Raptor Jet-
Talking about making it, one team had YF-22 and the other had YF-23.  Both worked on their respective jets for four years.  He wanted to make Jet better than each other in every way.  The team of YF-22 had been preparing to build a fast and aggressive jet from the beginning. After a long time when the two jets were fought in 1991, the YF-22 won that match.
The YF-23 was also much faster than the YF-22, but despite this he could not win, saying that his defeat is considered to be its fast speed.
Because the F-23 used to fly very fast, but due to that it would become very difficult to handle.  On the other hand, the YF-22 was a bit slow but the risk of running it was less.
Dangerous weapons were installed in both jets.  The most lethal of these were the AIM-9 and AIM-120 missiles.
Changes were made to the F-22 keeping in mind all the things that came out during the test.  In this way, it became even better, it is said that YF-22 successfully fired these missiles, but YF-23 could not do it. This was also a reason for its defeat.

America द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध के बाद महाशक्ति बना।
Japan ऐसा देश है जिसे द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध के बाद अमेरिका ने  ऐसा संविधान दिया कि वो अपनी सेना और सैन्य शक्ति का विकास नही कर सकता है इस तरह से America का फर्ज़ बनता है कि अमेरिका Japan की सैन्य सहायता के लिए हमेशा तैयार रहे।
F-22 Raptor एक 5वी पीढ़ी का स्टेल्थ विमान है। जो डबल इंजिन के साथ एक बहुत लंबी दूरी वाले मिशन के लिए उपयुक्त है। बहुत ही कम देशों के पास ऐसी ताकत है। वर्ष 2005 से Americi Airforce में आने के बाद इसने Airforce की ताकत बढ़ा दी है इसके जैसा कोई और विमान नही था। इसलिए लगभग एक दशक तक America बेताज़ बादशाह रहा। ऐसा इसलिए भी क्योंकि इसके टक्कर में कोई विमान आया भी नही जो  कि इसका प्रतिद्वंद्वी बन सके तो फिर इसकी असली Fight हुई ही नही।

Japan is a country which after the Second World War, America gave such a constitution that it cannot develop its military and military power, thus it is the duty of America that America is always ready for Japan's military assistance.

अमेरिका जापान को भी F22 Raptor नही बेचना चाहता।
F22 Raptor ने अपनी पहली उड़ान 1997 में भरी थी और उस समय में जो Radar, Avionics, सैन्य साज़ो सामान इस मे लगे थे वो बहुत Advance थे। America नही चाहता था कि किसी और देश के पास उनकी सबसे अच्छी Technical हो। अब वो काफी पुराने हो गए है और उसका बेहतर संस्करण F-35 आ गया है। हालांकि F-35 में बहुत सी Technical Problum हैं इस वजह से अमेरिकी वायुसेना के लिए अब भी F-22 Raptor एक बेहतर विकल्प है।
Japan को या किसी अन्य देश को अगर America आज यह बेचना चाहे तो उसे उसका Ilectronics बदलना पड़ेगा, अब जो कलपुर्जे आते है वो एक अलग मानक पर बनाए जाते है। अलग मानक पर बनने के वजह से वो छोटे और मज़बूत है जिससे उनका वजन और वायुयान की स्थिरता में काफी असर पड़ता है। एक और कारण भी है कि जब नई Ilectronics लगेगी तो उसका फ्लाइट Software भी नया हो जाता है। इस तरह से यह प्लेन इन बदलावों के बाद F-22 Raptor नही रह जायेगा।

America also does not want to sell F22 Raptor to Japan.
The F22 Raptor had its first flight in 1997 and the Radar, Avionics, military equipment that were in it at the time were very much in advance.  America did not want any other country to have their best technical.  Now they are very old and their better version has come F-35.  Although the F-35 has many technical problems, the F-22 Raptor is still a better option for the US Air Force.
If Japan or any other country wants to sell it to America today, then it will have to change its Ilectronics, now the parts which come are made on a different standard.  Being built on a different standard, they are smaller and stronger, which greatly affects their weight and stability of the aircraft.  There is also another reason that when new Ilectronics is installed, its flight software also becomes new.  This way the plane will no longer be the F-22 Raptor after these changes.

क्या है F-22 Raptor की खास बात ?
F-22 Raptor अपनी स्टेल्थ (Radar से छुपने) कला के लिए बहुत Famous है। एक्सपर्ट बताते है कि F-22 Raptor राडार पर Radar Cross Section RCS[2] बहुत कम दिखाता है। जिस के वजह से वह अदृश्य जैसा मालूम होता है। एक F22 Raptor Radar पर एक  की भांति ही दिखता है जिससे इस का अंदाज़ा लगाना काफी मुश्किल है। इस वजह से America चिंतित रहता है और F-22 Raptor नही बेचना चाहता।
2011 तक 195 यूनिट बनाये तो गए पर बाद में इन्हे बदलते भू-राजनैतिक माहौल के कारण इसका उत्पादन बंद कर दिया गया था। अब फिर से इस Program को फिर से Start करने में अलग ख़र्चा उठाना पड़ेगा। ये ख़र्चा फिर कोई भी देश नही उठाना चाहेगा।
अब अमेरिकी Govement ने Japan से कहा है कि वो F-35 और F-22 Raptor के अच्छे तकनीकी चीजों को ध्यान में रख के एक नया हाइब्रिड  जेट विमान बनायेगी जो F-22 Raptor और F-35 से बेहतर और खास होगा।

What is special about the F-22 Raptor?
The F-22 Raptor is very famous for its stealth (concealment from Radar) art.  Experts show that the Radar Cross Section RCS [2] shows very little on the F-22 Raptor radar.  Because of which it seems like invisible.  An F22 looks just like the one on the Raptor Radar, making it difficult to guess.  Because of this, America remains worried and does not want to sell the F-22 Raptor.
By 2011, 195 units were built, but later their production was stopped due to changing geopolitical environment.  Now again, you will have to bear a separate expense in starting this program again.  No country would like to bear this expense again.
Now American Govement has told Japan that it will make a new hybrid jet aircraft keeping in mind the good technical things of the F-35 and F-22 Raptor which will be better and special than the F-22 Raptor and F-35.

क्या India को ऐसे Fighting Jet की आवश्यकता है?
आज के युग मे जब China जैसा ख़तरनाक पड़ोसी देश हमारे पास हो फिर दूर के दुश्मनों की जरुरत नही है। आज हमें तत्काल ज़रूरत नही है पर आने वाले दिनों में हमें इसकी आवश्यकता पड़ सकती है। ख़ैर अब हमारे पास Dassault का राफेल विमान है। आपको यह जानकर ख़ुशी होगी कि राफेल में ऐसे Ilectronic लगे है जो F-22 Raptor जैसे विमान को भी पकड़ सकता है। एक ट्रेनिंग Exercise में राफेल ने F-22 पर मिसाइल Lock किया था।

Does India need such a fighting jet?
In today's era, when we have a dangerous neighbor like China, then there is no need for distant enemies.  Today, we do not have an urgent need, but we may need it in the coming days.  Well now we have Rafael aircraft of Dassault.  You will be happy to know that Rafale has such an Ilectronic which can also hold aircraft like F-22 Raptor.  In a training exercise, Rafael did a missile lock on the F-22.
